What is Therapy?
Well, therapy is like self-care for your mind and emotions. It's a safe space where you can talk to someone who listens without judgement and helps you work through your problems and feelings. It's like having a personal cheerleader who supports you and helps you grow into a better version of yourself.
So what is Couples Therapy?
Therapy for a couple is when two people in a relationship go to a therapist or relationship coach together to learn how to work on their problems and improve their communication. It's like going to a mediator who helps them understand each other better and find healthier ways to solve conflicts. They learn to listen, express their needs, and find compromises so they can build a stronger and happier relationship.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the KRST within you. (1Timothy 2:5) For there are three that bear witness in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Spirit: and these three are One. (I John 5:7) We are created in the same image.
You see, the Father is that masculine energy that disciplines, the Word (or Sun) is that bright child-like energy that's so playful, and the Spirit is that feminine energy that nurtures us.
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17) And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2)
